In today’s ever-changing and modernizing world, leadership has become a pressing matter that requires much importance and consideration. Societies have been evolving by the way the youths are transforming and overcoming the complex challenges that are constantly emerging.
The UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) has highlighted the need for young leaders from diverse backgrounds, including Christian, Jewish, and Muslim participants at the Emerging Pacemakers Forum. They believe the young generation holds more sincerity and power toward a better future. Their leadership is much required and encouraged as they are highly passionate and possess innovative perceptions toward addressing global issues.
The UNHCR brings to light how the older generation has failed to deliver on their promises, which further emphasizes the urgent participation and need for young leaders to take the initiative and bring about the positive change that the world needs.
